Terms of Service & Facilitation Agreement

Please read these Terms carefully before using the services of AstraMedAxis (“AstraMedAxis”, “we”, “our”).

1. Nature of Medical Facilitation Services

AstraMedAxis is an independent healthcare facilitator and medical travel coordinator. We connect patients with internationally accredited hospitals, surgical specialists, and diagnostic centers. AstraMedAxis does not directly practice medicine, diagnose medical conditions, or administer clinical procedures. Clinical decisions, diagnoses, and surgical procedures are executed exclusively by licensed physicians and empanelled hospital institutions.

2. Informed Patient Consent

Patients maintain autonomous responsibility for reviewing surgical risks, benefits, and alternatives with their treating surgeon prior to consenting to any intervention. Preliminary cost estimates and opinions are subject to direct physical examination upon arrival at the hospital.

3. Financial Terms & Hospital Payments

All clinical, procedural, operating theater, and hospital stay fees are paid directly to the admitting hospital according to their official tariffs. AstraMedAxis charges transparent concierge coordination fees where explicitly agreed upon in advance.
